Questions from companies

What counts as a long stay?

Any stay of more than 28 nights. We give one fixed quote for the whole stay.

Can you invoice our company directly?

Yes. We invoice your company and payment is made by bank transfer before arrival. For longer stays we invoice monthly in advance.

Is there parking for vans?

Most of our homes have parking. Tell us what vehicles you’re bringing when you request a quote and we’ll confirm what each home can take.

Can the team arrive late at night?

Yes. Most of our homes have self check-in with a lockbox, so your team can arrive whenever suits. Access details are sent before arrival.

What if the project runs over?

Let us know as early as you can. If the home is free we’ll extend your stay and quote for the extra nights.
